Fun at Mystic Lake
Promptly at 1pm, our group of four attended the game show registration, which went fairly quickly. The show began at 4pm, but we question why the registration started at 1pm. We had a lovely lunch at the Minnehaha Café, utilizing the time before the show. In the 6th row of the theatre, we secured seats and watched video clips and trivia. It might have been helpful if they showed clips of how the games worked. Mushmouth, as the host, was OK but interjected a lot of unnecessary shtick. We desired more games and less shtick. The big showcase was disappointing, with one contestant being $147 away from the total price and only winning a few prizes. Overall, we had a fun time.
